Road crews recently completed a new road that bypasses the Presa Allende reservoir, cutting the travel time to the Leon Airport by 15 minutes. Travelers coming from Leon or Guanajuato can choose to take the bypass road and enter San Miguel de Allende from the west onto Calzada de la Estacion.

The new estimated travel time between the Leon airport and our B&B in San Miguel is one hour and fifteen minutes.
